Eat something light 2 hours prior to your wrap.
Avoid drinking alcohol, caffeine and fuzzy drinks for at least 24 hours beforehand.
Aim to drink at least 64oz of water the day before your wrap.
Please do not apply make-up.
Do not apply lotion to the skin right before the appointment.
after-
Do not eat heavy/large meals for at least 24 hours after your appointment.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine or fizzy drinks for at least 24 hours after the treatment. Avoid bathing or showering for preferably 12 hours, to allow the products to continue working. Engaging in light cardio after a body wrap treatment can help boost your system's lymphatic and circulatory detoxification.
